Home of Beautiful Souls foundation in partnership with Altreus Technologies is bringing you its first live meditation program on 24/1/2021.
- We aim to provide you with a non-judgemental safe space where you can be yourself and surrounded by the positive energies of the Universe.
- Our goal is to help you discover yourself, identify your behavioural patterns and work on your inner well being.
The program shall include guided Meditation for 15 minutes followed by journaling for 5 minutes. The audience can then ask their questions to our experts and quench their thirst for knowledge and self-exploration.
